Meeting planner

Find a time that works for everyone. Add the cities your team is in, slide to a meeting hour, and see each local time at a glance — with comfortable working hours (9am–5pm) highlighted so the overlap is obvious.

How to use it

  1. Add each participant’s city. The first city is your reference.
  2. Drag the slider (or click a column) to pick a meeting hour.
  3. Green cells are 9am–5pm local — aim for a column that’s green for everyone.

All times respect each city’s current daylight-saving rules.

Planning Across Time Zones

The quick answers people ask when scheduling a call across several countries.

How do I find a meeting time that works for everyone?

Add each person’s city, then slide along the hours and watch the grid. The cells shaded green are normal working hours (9am–5pm) for that city, so the goal is a column that’s green — or at least not red — for everybody. With teams spread far apart there isn’t always a perfect slot, but the grid makes the best compromise obvious at a glance rather than after a dozen mental conversions.

What do the colours mean?

Green is a comfortable 9am–5pm. The plain cells are the early-morning and evening fringes — workable, but not ideal — and the dim cells are the middle of the night, which you’ll usually want to avoid. The numbers inside each cell are that city’s local hour for the selected time, so you can read the exact clock everywhere at once.

How do I share the time with my team?

Once you’ve picked a slot, hit Copy link. The link remembers your chosen cities and hour, so anyone who opens it sees the exact same plan — no screenshots, no “wait, which time zone did you mean?”

Does it account for daylight saving?

Yes. Every city is converted using its current daylight-saving rules from the IANA time zone database, so a meeting planned for next month lands on the right local hour even if a region changes its clocks in between. A small “+1d” or “−1d” flag appears whenever a city is on a different calendar day from your reference city.
